Dowlais Cwm
A major consultation event for the development of this site took place on Wednesday May 4th from 1pm-7pm, at Trax Youth Building, Dowlais. Planners and Funders were on hand to ensure the local community had a say in developing this project. The opportunity was given to all people living in Dowlais to make any further adjustments to the plans, and to talk to the planners to relay any fears they have.
The consultation has been completed with a small document containing all opinions, recommendations, and plans to be produced. Final plans will be produced and available at a later date. To finalise the outcomes of the project a meeting at the Dowlais Forum took place on the 15th September 2005. A further meeting has been arranged on 17th October 2005 to see if Residents want to drive this Environmental Project forward.
